1. Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
• UPI
• Credit/Debit Cards
• Net Banking
• Cash on Delivery (COD)
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes! Cash on Delivery is available across most pin codes in India. You can pay the delivery person when your order arrives at your doorstep.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing them. Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at softstitchindia@gmail.com or WhatsApp us.
Do you offer partial cancellations for multi-item orders?
If your order contains multiple items and has already been processed, we can only cancel the unshipped portion. Items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
2. Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines depend on when we ship your order:
• Processing Time: 1–2 business days after order placement
• Shipping to Metro Cities: 5–7 days from shipment
• Shipping to Other Areas: 8–10 days from shipment
Do you ship across all of India?
Yes! We ship across India. However, delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are ₹150 per product for domestic orders within India. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹1999.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can click the link to track your shipment on the courier’s portal. You can also visit our Track Order page (www.softstitch.com/track) to access tracking portals for BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and Ekart.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order and before the parcel is shipped. Please contact us immediately at softstitchindia@gmail.com with your new address. After 24 hours or once your parcel is shipped, no address changes are allowed.
3. Exchange Policy
What is your return and refund policy?
SoftStitch does NOT offer returns or refunds. We offer EXCHANGE ONLY for eligible items. Please refer to our full Exchange Policy for complete details.
What products are eligible for exchange?
Products are eligible for exchange if they are:
• Damaged, defective, or broken upon receipt
• Significantly different from the product description
• Incorrectly shipped (wrong size, color, or item)
• Defective due to manufacturing issues
What products are NOT eligible for exchange?
The following items CANNOT be exchanged:
• Products that have been worn or used
• Washed or altered items
• Items with missing or damaged original tags
• Customized or stitched products
• Items requested for exchange after the 2-day window
What is the exchange request timeline?
Exchange requests MUST be submitted within 2 days of receiving your product. No exchange requests will be accepted after this 2-day window. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
How do I request an exchange for a damaged product?
For damaged or defective items, you must:
• Record a video while opening your parcel (unboxing video) showing the damage
• Take clear photographs of the damaged product
• Email us within 2 days with your order number, video, photos, and the reason for exchange
• Wait for our approval and further instructions
What if the replacement product is not available?
If your requested size or color is not available, we will notify you within 5 business days and offer you the option to exchange for a different size/color of the same product, select an alternative product of equal or greater value, or wait for the product to be restocked.
Who pays for the exchange shipping?
You pay for return shipping (sending the original product to us). SoftStitch pays for the replacement shipping (sending you the new product). Both parties share the responsibility of ensuring secure packaging.
4. Products & Sizing
How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements. We recommend:
• Measuring yourself with a soft measuring tape
• Comparing your measurements with the product size chart
• If between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort
Are the colors accurate in the product photos?
We try our best to display accurate colors. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen settings, monitor brightness, and lighting conditions during product photography. The actual color of the product may differ slightly from what is shown on your screen.
What fabrics do you use?
Our products are made from high-quality fabrics including cotton, polyester, digital prints, and mill prints. Each product page clearly mentions the fabric composition.
Do you offer customization or stitching services?
Customized and stitched items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances. Please ensure you place your order correctly before checkout. If you have customization requests, please contact us before placing your order.
