By accessing and using the SoftStitch website (www.softstitch.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. SoftStitch is an e-commerce platform specializing in women’s clothing made from 100% natural fabrics. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

1. Use of Website

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement or have parental/legal guardian consent.

• You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to access it using unauthorized means, including but not limited to unauthorized hacking, data scraping, or system manipulation.

• All content on this website including images, text, logos, graphics, and designs is the property of SoftStitch and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without explicit written permission.

• You agree to provide accurate, authentic, and true information during registration and checkout. SoftStitch reserves the right to verify and validate your information at any time and may reject registration or orders if information is found to be false or fraudulent.

2. Product Information & Descriptions

• SoftStitch attempts to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site is completely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

• Slight color variations of outfits are possible due to differences in screen displays, photography lighting, and natural fabric dyes. Actual product appearance may vary slightly from images shown.

• All products are checked and assured by vendors to ensure they meet our standard of quality, design, composition, and style. If a product does not match its description, your sole remedy is to exchange the item for a similar product or different size/style, subject to exchange policy.

3. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• SoftStitch reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price you see at the time of order placement is the price you will be charged.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the following circumstances: (i) pricing errors or stock unavailability, (ii) suspected fraud or unauthorized use, (iii) violation of these terms and conditions, or (iv) any other reason at our sole discretion. Any payment received will be refunded promptly.

• Order placement constitutes an offer to purchase. SoftStitch reserves the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

4. Cancellations & Exchange Policy

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled by the buyer. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.

• SoftStitch offers exchange only, not returns or refunds. You may exchange a product for a different size, color, or style subject to the following conditions.

• Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of product delivery. No exchange requests will be entertained after this 2-day window. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

• The product must be in original, unused, unwashed condition with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact. Any signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage will make the product ineligible for exchange.

• To request an exchange, contact us at softstitchindia@gmail.com with your order number, product details, and reason for exchange within the 2-day window.

• Subject to availability, SoftStitch will arrange for pickup of the original product and delivery of the exchanged product. Shipping charges for the exchange may apply in certain cases.

• In case the exact product or size is not available, SoftStitch may offer a credit note or alternative product of equal or greater value, at the customer’s discretion.

5. Delivery

• SoftStitch shall try to meet the estimated delivery date and time as provided in the order form. However, any delayed or early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle you to damages or compensation from SoftStitch.

• If delivery fails due to a mistake by the customer (wrong or incomplete name, address, or recipient unavailability), any extra costs incurred by SoftStitch for re-delivery shall be claimed from the customer.

• SoftStitch shall not be liable for non-delivery or delays caused by factors beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, wars, strikes, or acts of God, or delays by courier partners.

6. Payment & Security

• SoftStitch shall not be liable for any credit card fraud or unauthorized transactions. The liability for fraudulent card use rests entirely with the user, and the user must prove otherwise if such claims arise.

• You agree to use only your own valid payment method on the site. Use of another person’s card or payment information is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

• We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across India where available.

7. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, logos, designs, and content displayed on this website are the exclusive property of SoftStitch or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

• Your purchase of products from SoftStitch grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use those products for your own purposes only. Reselling or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• SoftStitch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business.

• SoftStitch does not warrant that products/services offered will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the website or server is or will be free of viruses or other harmful components.

• Your sole remedy for any defective or mismatched product is exchange for a similar or different product, subject to the exchange policy outlined in Section 4.

9. User Conduct & Restrictions

• You agree not to engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the website, including unauthorized access, virus transmission, or spamming.

• You agree not to post, upload, or transmit any offensive, defamatory, or illegal content on our website or through our communication channels.

• Violation of these conduct restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and legal action.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms, your use of the website, or any purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
